In honor of Chrissie turning five we had a woodland fairy party. The party began with a treasure hunt through Chrissie's enchanted forest. And along this treasure hunt the girls found essential items to being a fairy: flower crown, wand, and a special fairy necklace.
The menu: ladybug apples, toadstool cupcakes, chocolate nests, forrest veggies, fairy berries, dandelion milk, and snail sandwiches

Love the way your mind works, Vanessa :)
AND the way you combine textures (tulle, bark, flowers, moss, chocolate, paint, glass, twigs, ribbon, metal, fruit, milk, bread), names, the way you organize space,.....yep, I love it all!
O.K. I figured out what I was trying to say to you the other day about your talent in this area (which I know embarasses you). You have the ability to do things in a certain way as to capture the imagination of children. Once you open that wonderful part of their mind their imagination (which is so keen) imbellishes whatever you've done and it is a great experience for all. (That's a close as I can come to what I was trying to say....love you.)
Vanessa.
That is GORGEOUS.
What an absolutely beautiful party. And I agree - you have a true gift. A stunning talent.
I want to be just like you! That is the cutest party ever!!
