Highlights: Matthew speeding down the hill without reservations.
-Me falling over the kids, twice, trying to rescue them only to have Rick come and rescue us.
-Watching Rick and Jane ski. Rick would hold Jane between his legs and slowly meander his way down the mountain all the meanwhile Jane would say "I keying (skiing)!"
-They had a downhill course for the kids. I told Matthew to stop at the gate before going through only to have him plow through it and then fly off this little jump, somehow stick the landing, and speed down the hill. He can be fearless.
-Chrissie was a trooper and amazing. She would go down big mountains without hesitation working on her turns. As long as Rick was skiing she wanted to ski. Even though she was so tired the last day that she would lay down after each turn. But she wouldn't go back inside along as Rick was skiing. She skied the whole day, every day.
-Rick's ski jacket from high school. Every time I looked at it I laughed. I'm not sure which was more awesome: his teal jacket or 10 euro mushroom style helmet. I love that he is so frugal with himself while buying the kids and I nice things.
-The ultimate highlight was skiing together as a family.
Matthew waving to Chrissie as she heads back up the mountain.
Rick skiing with Matthew and teaching him to turn around the poles instead of zooming down.
Rick with Jane.
